We understand that ordering personalised items like our custom photo magnets may seem confusing and risky, that's why we dedicated this support page to show you how to clearly order and customise your magnets without a fuss in 3 simple steps.
Step 1 - Picking amounts and edits
1 - Firstly find the Shop page on top and check out which amount fits your gift size and budget.
2 - Also down below in the shop section you can find a range of different name tags and effects, each one has its own #hashtag code which is very important.
- Hashtags are a free addition to your magnets, so if you want a effect or name tag write down the code for later, however if you don't want any you don't have to

3 - Now when picked your amount on the product page it will ask for content creation preferences, this is required as your magnets may be used for our social media if selected "Allow for content creation"
- For Memora content like TikTok, Youtube, Instagram and Facebook
Step 2 - Confirm your order

4 - Now you pick and proceed with the checkout.
In this you have to:

- Pick delivery option of Tracked 48h delivery, Economic Delivery, and (for +6 magnets only) half off economic delivery

- Different methods of payment PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc

Disclaimer if you have a 4 magnet bundle box and add quantity you will have 8 magnets not 5 magnets (in 2 boxes) same rule applies to all magnet options

5 - Now once purchased this page is important
here you get your order number (5 digits), this is important to save as it need to pair your order with pictures sent - Recommend write it down

Plus this contain your name and phone number, make sure to use the same ones for step 3

Step 3 - Sending your desired images
For this step there are two main ways of sending your images
QR code (6) - On the products page the last image our Email QR code, by scanning it you will be send through to memora.photomagnets@gmail.com where it tell you what to do next.
Chat Box (6) - On our website there is a Chat box available in the bottom right corner, this also allows images to be sent over to us, without a fuss.

7 - Now once scanned you will see this email slide. On this slide you will be connected to our email address.
To attach images press the paper clip icon,
and to send (once ready) press the arrow icon

Disclaimer - On email your
only allowed 5 images to be sent per email, so if +5 magnets ordered will have to do this twice
8- Here you add the hashtag code underneath the image you want it to be in

And also here you must put your 5 digit order number and name at the end, recommend email too, just in case we need to contact you.
Please send the same amount of images, like the order amount you purchased - if this happens we will quickly contact you.
