5. Pricing & Payment

• Payment must be made in full before production begins

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

6. Production & Delivery

• Personalised items are produced after images are received

• Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control

Delivery is available within the UK only.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

• The item is faulty

• The item does not match the order placed

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with clear details and photos where applicable.
