Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Memora.PhotoMagnets (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Personalised Products

All of our magnets are personalised and made to order using images supplied by the customer.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund once production has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives faulty

  • The item is damaged in transit

  • The item received is incorrect compared to your order

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault, damage, or error

Requests made after the 7-day period may not be accepted.

4. Delivery & Damage Claims

We ship orders using Royal Mail, including Tracked delivery options where selected at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us as soon as possible

  • Retain the packaging, as Royal Mail may require evidence for delivery claims

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once an item has been dispatched.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full or partial refund

​

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued where:

  • Incorrect images were supplied by the customer

  • The customer approved the order details and later changed their mind

  • Minor variations occur due to printing or material differences
